Theft, Fraud Suspect Sought By Hoover PD

HOOVER, AL — Hoover police are trying to identify a man they say stole a debit card out of a vehicle and used it to make fraudulent purchases. The break-in occurred Oct. 12 in the 5400 block of Highway 280. The suspect is described as a white male, who used the stolen credit cards at multiple locations throughout the Birmingham metro area. Hoover police posted a photo of the suspect Tuesday: Anyone who may recognize this person is asked to contact Det. Todd Henningsen at 205-444-7534.
