Survey is looking for a hard-working, reliable, self-motivated individual to join the company as a Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador, you will visit stores located in Brea, CA and complete a variety of tasks to complete Demos for different brands and products at local grocery or convenient store: To do this, you will hand out free samples to potential customers and provide an explanation of the different features that make each product unique. You may be expected to buy $10 to $30 dollars or more of product per demo. Pay is $20/hour and we offer mileage reimbursement on a case by case basis. You will use Survey's app to document your work and will have a team lead that provides your schedule. The project will take place on October 31st. Hours are from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Shifts are usually between 3 to 4 hours. During your interview, will discuss the days that we have available for the demos. The bare minimum materials to do a demo are as listed below. You will need to be responsible for purchasing the materials need it and you will be reimbursed for all expenses 24 hours after you have successfully upload your assignment our Survey App. You are not authorized to perform the job without all required materials: - Must have or purchase a 4' x 2' Table. - Must have or purchase a Black table cloth. - Cups, Bowls and Plates. - Utensils (as needed). - Funds to purchase product. Dress Code: - Hat. - Close-toed shoes (no sandals). - Professional-looking pants, skirt or dress. - Clean, non-wrinkled shirt (preferably collared). - Generally well groomed (clean and sanitary). This job requires a good deal of driving so you must have a car and a valid drivers license. Apply today and join us! What You’ll Do: As a Brand Ambassador, you will visit your assigned stores and complete demos for specific clients. Typical tasks include: - Bring your own table and table cloth to the store. - Hand out free samples to potential customers and provide an explanation of the different features that make the product(s) unique. - Representing the brand positively. - Generate brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing. - Interact with customers. - Answer customers questions based on the brand snapshot. Skills Required: - Ability to communicate effectively with store managers and other personnel. - Ability to work efficiently and complete all tasks thoroughly. - Ability to work on your feet (standing, stooping, crouching, etc) for extended periods. - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. - Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout your territory. Pay and Getting Paid: - Pay is $20/hour paid via OpenForce thru the Survey Merchandiser App. Other Requirements: If you’re reading this, we know you must be hard-working, reliable, and detail oriented - that’s great. Problem solvers tend to do really well with Survey. Here are the additional requirements and nice-to-haves: - Must have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Able to pass a background check. - Strong self management skills. - Access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - Must be comfortable interacting with store managers / personnel. - Access to a printer. - One year previous merchandising or auditing experience is helpful.
