Handyman Wanted for Various small jobs

I am looking for a reliable handyman/woman to do various small jobs at an investment property in Marion OH. Some of the jobs include: cleaning out gutters on a 2nd story house (must have a tall ladder), light tree trimming, clean up yard, hang some drywall (less than a full sheet). Other jobs may include: straightening an old garage to make it plumb, hang some deck skirting. Willing to pay by the job. Could lead to more jobs in the future. Thanks and please respond if interested
