Is there anyone out there who can assist or advise a small business?

Our family inherited a nonprofit when our mother, the founder passed away. As Assistant Director, I stepped in to take it over. Most everyone else does not have time or isn't as enthusiastic as I am about really making it successful so I am doing almost all the work by myself. I just acquired an EIN again, since my sisters let our old one go into default, but bother than that, I know little about the finer details of running a business! I was always just the computer nerd and social media whiz. It's all been a crash course in it since Mom died. Things like taxes, organization and hiring volunteers are brand new to me! I do, however, have great visions for the business, a good sense as to how to find resources and investors and a passion for pursuing my dream for it! Since I took over, I've put blood, sweat and tears and nearly all my resources into keeping it afloat! I really believe it will be a big success one day! Our family is actually quite famous in the music industry and my hopes are to create a branch that will highlight and preserve that legacy, along with the stars associated with it. My ideas are vast and I'm trying stay focused but I know the world is thirsty for real SOLUTIONS to the problems that plague society, like poverty, injustice, security and heath. I feel I've been gifted with some of those solutions, all though some visions may be controversial and a hard sell at first. If there's anyone who would be willing to share any wisdom, advice or expertise in the process or would like to take part in it while I expand to the LA area, please contact me! It would be more of mentorship as a friend and believer in the dream, not as a job but there are plenty of opportunities for involvement and ways that it could be rewarding eventually. I would LOVE some guidance and insight because, basically, I don't know what the heck I'm doing!! Help! 😨
