I have a 2 year old female cockatiel that im looking to rehome. She is very skittish and hates most people, and I dont have time to train and socialize with her. She would do best in a home with a patient and caring owner who knows how to handle her antisocial nature. She is beautiful and sings on occasion, but like i said, she is mean. asking for $125 to rehome
