Adult Orange Tabby cat, he has yellow eyes. Not collar. He has all white whiskers except for one black one on the left side of his mouth. He mostly answers to Herbert, he’s kinda skittish but very friendly. Meows to want pets. I really want him home, I’m very upset that he got out ☹️
