Kopa Home is a busy property services company and we service both commercial and rental property. Our cleaning technicians work on vacation rental cleans, vacant move outs and commercial locations. We do NOT offer maid service or housekeeping. We are hiring in our cleaning department for cleaning technicians as well as shift supervisor. Our cleaning techs will start at $16-$20/hr depending on experience with scheduled pay increases coming through a 90 and 180 day period with regular performance reviews after that. We are also willing to pay piece work to contractors that would like to have more freedom and flexibility. Independent contractors must have proof of liability insurance. We offer paid time off, paid holidays, bonus pay for quality work and there is opportunity for advancement in our company.
