Seeking Indie/Alt Drummer - Possible Drummer Exchange

Indie/alt/post-rock/shoe-gaze'ish project - I need a DRUMMER - one that dabbles in synths - even better. The material is relatively chunky, a bit catchy, a bit dark, semi-tight, with some washy broken My Bloody Valentine'ish undertones. I am at the point where I am tinkering with arrangements and recording a full set+ worth of tunes, and then some. I anticipate playing guitar, droney synths, and possibly singing - most likely this will be a trio or 4-piece. Bass player is on stand-by. Not looking to take over the world, just play local shows once a month or so - Beacon, New Paltz, Kingston. Possible Drummer Exchange: I would be willing to offer my drum services (or bass or guitar) on YOUR project if that helps sweeten the deal. I have done my share of serious gigging in Boston and New York in years past - that is not to say I'm looking for someone with mind-blowing chops - just great time+feel and an appreciation of well written tunes over sonically interesting instrumentation. I can send along a track or two of current material work in progress. Located in Beacon - willing to travel up to ~30mins for the right situation. Cheers!
