We're very detailed and provide excellent customer service. THE POSITION: In this position you will be giving people the "Gift of Time". People are busy and need help keeping their lives clean and simple. We do provide training for this position. House Cleaning Technicians will usually be cleaning homes with one other Technician and will be responsible for customer service, quality control, and some reporting/paperwork at the end of the day. Great pay with bonuses and tips, flexible hours, a great team of positive people. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Have a smartphone with internet * Pass a background check * Able to lift 50 lbs. * Full or Part Time Must live within 20 miles of 92130. Must have a valid Drivers License. You can choose to drive your own car where mileage is paid or drive one of our cars. The job will be about 15% driving to nearby locations mainly in Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Solana, Carlsbad, Sorrento Valley and Rancho Santa Fe. BENEFITS: *Flexible 10-40 hrs week. * You will be a W-2 employee (not an independent contractor) * 5 days paid sick leave * Starting wage: $15 per hour, plus you keep any tips. * All cleaning equipment and products provided by company If you have a friend that cleans as good as you do please encourage him/her to apply with you, we can interview you both on the same day.
