Need a 30" long C- Channel pressed down about 1/4" on the ends

Description

C Channel is 28" long X 8.5" tall X 4" deep. see pictures and drawing. Need to have both ends pressed down in height about 1/4". ( about 2-3" of the ends pressed down 1/4") So instead of the ends being 8.5" high tall they would be about 8.25" tall So probably need hydraulic press. Thickness of the C Channel varies between 1/4" and 3/8"
