Lovely San Diego family (92130) seeking full-time Housekeeper to assist with a busy household. The family is looking for an individual who is proactive, and a self-starter who is ready to work! Ideal candidate will spend time doing various daily household tasks: family laundry, changing linens, light cooking/meal prep, all deep cleaning and meticulous care of the home, organizing projects, and all domestic-related duties. Pay: $30-35 DOE an hour per W2 + additional benefits such as PTO and paid holidays Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm (Client can be flexible on start/end times) Guarantee of 30 hours a week Core duties: Full Charge Housekeeping including deep cleaning of 5,000 sq ft. home (5 bedrooms, 4 baths) Errands and grocery shopping as needed Household organization including cleaning out closets, clothing storage, keeping pantry and other areas fresh and up to date Maintaining any plants in the home Straightening and cleaning outdoor areas All Laundry including linens Ironing Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area Making beds daily and changing linens Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs Keeping inventory lists of items needed such as cleaning supplies Dishes Light meal prep as needed Taking the garbage out Being present and available Key attributes: Reliable and punctual, does not call out regularly No overly dominating personalities yet is a can-do, take-charge person. The candidate will work with other employees in the home Multitasks with ease Anticipates the needs of family and works proactively Helps the family in any way necessary - cleaning, cooking, organizing, house projects, etc Comfortable with a small dog in the home (will take on walks and care for as needed). Qualifications: 3-5+ plus years professional Housekeeping 3-4+ plus years of deep cleaning Clear background and driving record Healthy and active 3 Supervisory professional references that are housekeeping related
