We're a homeowner's association looking for a maintenance person to maintain our large condo complex. Position is 36 hours a week Hours are Tues-Fri 8am-430p & Sat 8am-12n Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining the landscape including sprinkler system, lawn & plants. Keeping facility clean & trash free Hauling our dumpsters to the landfill weekly Maintaining our swimming pool in the summer Performing minor carpentry repairs like wind damage on carports or replacing light fixtures Servicing our tools & equipment Snow removal Respond to emergencies such as water leaks, snow storms etc. We're seeking a person that can: Work independently Lift 50lbs unassisted Climb ladders Has a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record Able to speak the English language sufficiently to communicate with the general public Landscape experience & general maintenance experience is required.
