Lion Restoration, Inc. is looking for a honest and dependable candidates to join our team! The position provides emergency restoration services related to fire and water damage, under the direction of project leads and project coordinator. Duties and Responsibilities: Set up movers and dehumidifiers Inspect/determine source of leak Daily monitoring Set up containments Water extraction Demo and tear out of damaged floors, drywall, cabinets/countertops etc. Content pack out and inventory Complete daily logs, sketch home layout and note Assess damage decide what repairs need to be made Cleaning, mold remediation, construction cleaning **Tarp roofs Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Honest and dependable Access to smart phone, used with app to take pictures Pass background test Lift up to 70 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods of time, wear personal protective equipment, respirators. Desirable but not required: Construction and demolition Mold Remediation, Fire Restoration, Asbestos Abatement Experience using MICA, Moisture Mapper, Drybooks, Experience using Xactimate IIRC certified Please email qualifications and references.
