Hello, If you know how to change tires and have working experience doing so, this might be the job for you. There are a total of 2 tire technician positions available in Austin. Tractor trailer tires (18 wheelers) are serviced also, so if you're interested in working there, knowing how to repair and dismount/mount tractor trailer tires is a must. Skills required include knowing how to check for tire punctures, dismounting/mounting, balancing, rotating, and changing valve stems on a wide range of passenger and light truck tire sizes, including those that are low profile and run flat. Knowledge of TPMS sensors and using a diagnostic tool also required.
