Rough in plumbing. Framing. Drywall/ sheet rock & texture/ tape flout. Flooring. Demo. MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED this is a labor contract. Show up ON TIME and ready to work in Georgetown, TX. If you are coming from Austin, Temple, Elgin, etc. just make sure you're willing to make the drive and be at the site at 9 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY when told your services are needed. Must have 5+ years experience of trade or certifications and ALL are required to have own tools. Some can be provided for extra hands. Helpers that are willing to learn are welcomed. I have a conversion remodel (about 900 sqft) that needs a plumbing rough in for toilet, shower, sink, washer drain that connects to a septic to the existing house lines. We will need to trench and bury about 60 ft. in and out. Reply for this position by email subject "Plumber". I need 2 carpenters for framing of doors, walls, stairs. Small demo and changes to existing will be made. Reply for this position by email subject "Carpenter". After that, We will install 30'x30'x10' drywall, texture, tape and flout. NO ceiling work.
