Interviewing for an attentive, personable, efficient, hygienic, somewhat motivated & strong person to daily clean toilets/showers and vac/tidy common areas of moderate sized single room occupancy building. Must be able to and have interest in following directions from manager without conjecture or argument. Position is on site, live in with complimentary room provided with stipend pay after 30 day probationary period. Be able to communicate with manager and manager's assistant as to distribution of tasks. Help with lifting and carrying, expected. daily duties usually limited to 1-2 hours any day with other work scheduled to accommodate management/staff/tenants. applicable skills include, room painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, computer, design+build, general repair. Opportunity to acquire skills from manager's 40+ years of experience with old structures, etc. Some cash work included, possibly as soon as first day. Interest in and experience with selling online also useful. couples & single parents considered though complimentary room is not large. complimentary furnished room includes apt size refrigerator and probably any small appliance needed.
