We need a roof replacement on our apartment building off 82nd. We are looking for labor-only bids, cost per square foot. We will pay for materials. The roof is approximately 10,000 square feet. Additionally, and at the same time, we are looking to replace the cedar shake on the parapet around the top of the building with a more modern material, and we are looking for suggestions as well as bids to do this as well.
