We are looking for a motivated individual willing to perform janitorial, detail vehicle (when needed), car washing duties for a Premier Mercedes Benz and BMW repair facility in Portland. The priority of this job is to maintain a clean environment that looks great and feels inviting to our clients. Job Duties: Washing and Vacuuming Automobiles. Detail vehicle (when needed) Moving Client owned vehicles around in parking lot. Occasionally be asked to run an errand or take client's vehicle to an off-site vendor. Sweeping and cleaning the garage floor with either a broom, rubber squeegee, mop or automated walk behind floor scrubber. This task can be performed multiple times daily. Dusting and wiping down surfaces including tool boxes, automotive hoists, window sills and break room countertops. Vacuuming office and client waiting room carpeting and mats. Emptying garbage and recycling cans. What we are looking for in an employee: Highly Self-Motivated Be on time. Keeping an eye on the entrance of our shop. Be looking for ways to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of our shop. Coming to work to work. This is a full time job that will constantly keep you in motion. Able to lift 40 pounds. Valid Driver's License. Good Driving Record. Able to pass a drug screening. Reliable daily transportation to work. Compensation: Full health benefits after 90 days. The option of a 401K after 90 days. The starting wage will depend on experience. There is potential for wage increase or promotion depending on performance.
