I run a homeless ministry, and I have a volunteer about to be put back on the street after living in an apartment for 9+ months, and she doesn't know her rights or how to look into them.
If anyone has any info or advice when it comes to tenant legal rights, she could really use your help. She is elderly and has been volunteering here at my homeless ministry for close to 4 years.
I don't want her to be taken advantage of if we can help it.
If you could help, and would be willing to just talk with her for a couple minutes, I'd really appreciate it.
