Build 12' x 12' Wooden Shed for Backyard Office

Hi there! I am accepting quotes to build a 12' x 12' wooden shed similar to the one in the photos. We just need the shell, including a couple of windows, and will be adding the floor and insulation ourselves. I could go buy one, but I would like to see if it is possible to beat the price by having it made, of course including materials and labor. I am open to ideas to save time and money, including different material options, etc. I need this to come under the price to purchase something similar at Lowes, and I can help to cut down on time. It does not have to look like the one in the photos, I am open to suggestions. Let me know your thoughts and send me a quote if possible. Thank you!
