JOB DESCRIPTION Marketing Street Team Member for fairlyeven.com Marketing and Communications Coordinator Starts November 1 and will continue periodically through out the year. $25.00/ Hour 10-15 hours a week & weekly mandatory meetings. Fairlyeven.com is a peer to peer contract workflow management platform for entrepreneurs, creatives and freelancers. We help to automate contract & invoice workflow. General Responsibilities: The Marketing Street Team is responsible for enriching freelancer / entrepreneur experience by helping them sign up to our website or contest. You’ll be working closely with your Team Lead and other FairlyEven team members to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns locally. Your role will be to ensure freelancers, entrepreneurs and creatives receive information about Fairlyeven.com services and opportunities. As a member, you’ll bring high energy to events and will be using our social media platforms to engage with creatives online. Specific Duties Include: • Promoting and educating people on all Fairly Even activities, initiatives and services. • Distribute print material & communicate with people regarding Fairly Even services, events, operations, contest leader initiatives etc. • Assist the Marketing and Communications Department in developing and executing promotional campaigns. • Using social media channels (such as Snapchat and Instagram) to promote and showcase activities for social proof • Act in such a manner that reflects the professional values and expectations of the Fairly Even. • Operate in accordance with the Values and Mission as well as the by-laws and policies of the community, and as extension of the organization. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Enthusiastic & positive energy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills, outgoing and sociable • Approachable, friendly and comfortable interacting in group settings • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team • Creative thinker, passionate about promotions and marketing • Knowledgeable about all things Fairly Even and passionate about the helping the community.
