Wilson's left eye has the smallest splotch of white in it. This is due to him fending off a thief who broke into our car, breaking the window and sending a small fragment directly into his little eye after the scuffle. Up to the vet visit he was in extreme pain, howling at the slightest movement as his eye oozed with fluid. The "corneal perforation" has fully healed since the incident, and he made the local news. That is his small but formidable story of resiliency. He is a puppy-dog committed to his family, and deserves to be cared for beyond our means.
