🚩Our Band is seeking an experienced seasoned Sax Player 🚩We do blues/funky blues old school funk & soul; classic rock 🚩Our band line up is: •Lead Guitar •Bass •Keyboards •Drums •Sax* (adding new player) 🚩Must be available to rehearse once a week in the Sacramento area. Preparing for gigs: clubs; private corporate events; wineries; brew pubs; fairs; festivals, etc. (Note: everyone pitches in to help get the band gigs so that one person does not have all the responsibility for getting gigs; hence we want someone who is willing to help get gigs - especially if you have any gig connections. The more of us putting in some effort to do this, the better - for getting more (and better) gigs) 🚩Like us, we’re looking for someone who is experienced, plays well, can “hit the ground running”; is reliable; easy going; has good gear and transportation; no alcohol, drugs or drama issues. And is available to rehearse once a week 🚩We’re reforming and so looking for someone who is interested, willing and available to put some rehearsal time to have a solid tight band. And though paying gigs are in the works, if you’re looking to jump into a band that’s gigging right this minute and you’re needing band money to survive, pay rent and bills - we are not a band for you. We all have other income. We’re a group of experienced seasoned pro musicians who like to have fun playing good music, getting tight and having an excellent band. (This is not a “throw together” jam band.) 🚩Not interested in a “hired gun” player who is and has to play in multiple bands but will make our band primary and be part of our band vs a side player.
