Small Black and Tan chihuahua who answers to the name Runtly. Missing in the Southwest Berkeley area on the afternoon of Monday 10/25. She was sighted about 30 minutes later around Parker Street and Acton Street but there hasn't been any sightings since then. She is very skittish and will most likely run and hide from people but if you happen to see her please call or text if you see her and I will rush over to try to coax her out.
