Bright Minds Learning Center is a family-owned, licensed child care center. We value our teachers and their motivation to make a different in a child’s life. We are looking for candidates that are as compassionate about the growth and development of the children in our care as we are! We are now accepting applications for our Toddler Teacher at our 604 Golden Gate Circle location. Bright Minds Toddler Teacher Duties Include: Be punctual and have good attendance to create a consistent environment for families and staff. Create and maintain a clean, attractive, positive, organized and nurturing environment for the children in their care. At Bright Minds we are striving to create a fun environment for our employees and our children. Coordinating activities, supervising and engaging with children. Engage children using artwork, incorporating music time, reading and other activities Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Teach self-help skills Must have knowledge of diaper changing and toilet training Ensure all center and licensing requirements are maintained within the room/center at all times. Must pass a Nebraska Child and Adult Abuse and Neglect Central Registry check. Must pass a background check (19 years and older). Must genially like children High School Diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of one year of experience in a child care setting preferred for Toddler Teacher position, but we are willing to train the right canidate.
