Job Role: Spotter needed to ensure safety of cable technicians while on site. Spotters must remain with operational lift at all times, guide through pathways, and prevent potential accidents. RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Monitoring technicians who are operating scissor and boom lifts to ensure safety --- Assisting in cable spooling and other tasks to support work pace and efficiency --- Supporting team in other misc. ways as instructed by team lead PAY AND TERMS: ---Daily time on site is expected to be 8-10 hours --- If daily time on site is less than 6 hours for any reason, spotters will be paid an hourly rate of $15 instead of the flat daily rate ABOUT US: Totality Solutions is a rapidly expanding and fast-paced company, so we’re dedicated to helping you develop your career in this industry.
