Handyman needed to help us turn out garage into a 3rd bedroom for our house. The job would entail the following: 1. Replace garage door with an exterior wall and window. Optional Tasks: 1. Put up insulation and dry wall on the interior walls of the garage. 2. Extend the A/C vent in the attic about 10 feet from kitchen to the garage. 3. Build close structure in the garage room to enclose the washer & dryer (make it look like a close in the room). 4. Put down wood style flooring to cover the concrete slab.
