Looking for help w/ 3 roofs

I am an independent contractor looking for help with stripping and laying asphalt shingles on 3 roofs. Compensation can be discussed and will be based on experience. I am licensed and insured, and have stayed busy working on my own for the past 8 years. At a point where I would like to have some more hands on the jobsite. These roofs would most likely be it for this year but if things go well I could provide full time work starting next spring, possibly here and there through the winter.
