Oil Removal from in-ground tank.

Description

I have an in-ground heating oil tank on my property. This isn't needed anymore as a new gas fired boiler has been installed. However the old tank still has just over 200 gallons of perfectly good, clean heating oil in it that was only put in last March. I need someone with the necessary knowledge and equipment to extract all the oil and take it away. I think that the only way to do this is to attach some kind of a pump to the filter outlet and pump out until it runs dry. I have added a picture of where the oil enters the basement. Trying to use the external oil filler tube to do this would be problematical as it goes down into the ground, turns 90 degrees and then, presumably enters the tank! If you have the capability to do this let's talk. Not sure what $$$ is right for this but that amount of oil is technically worth about $500 currently.
