I am looking for an individual that can assist me in the general upkeep and repair of my rental properties in the Arlington/Fort Worth area. Duties that are needed are drywall repair/install, painting, and property make ready. I will handle all of the major repairs myself including plumbing, electrical and hvac. I have an individual that takes care of the actual cleaning of the properties and all of the other minor details, i just need someone who is competent and reliable. I have been doing construction and property leasing for over 35 yrs myself and have done and am fully capable of doing the job but would rather find someone to assist me. I am willing to pay 15-20$ (depends upon capabilities) an hour cash/daily if the you are able to perform the necessary task without supervision and in a proper time frame. Please only contact me if you are serious about working, i have enough work at this time to keep you working for atleast the next 3 months but have a few other individuals with properties that i can refer you to if you desire. Also you must have your own basic tools and transportation. Please text or email me your experience and capabilities and availibility. Looking for someone that is very good at drywall repair, tape and bed and texturing and painting. I have a couple of roofs that i am currently replacing on my rentals also some lap siding and fencing. I really dont have time for someone to learn on the job. Most importantly..........................if you cannot work unsupervised and with expectations PLEASE do not waste my time, as i stated before I have been doing this for a long time so if it takes you twice as long as it would take me to do something then i am not the person that you want to work for. I will be starting a full remodel of a home in Fort Worth (Ramey & 820} this week that should take 4 weeks, It needs framing, drywall, trim and painting. after that most of my work will be in the Arlington Fw area. **Update** If you come in late, leave early, take longer than an hour lunch, on the phone or just working at a half ass pace i will ask you to pack your tools and not return, i will pay you for your hours worked that day but wont tolerate any of that. Also, i really dont care what you are used to making or need to make so please read the post carefully.
