Very small sand-blasting job

Someone vandalized the street right in front of my home with some kind of paint or dye-based lettering (silly high-school stuff). I attempted to get rid of it with a high-pressure water jet and that helped, but didn't get all of it out. I then covered it with a light coating of black and grey paint to more or less match the street, but it of course still looks "off." I would like to hire someone with a sandblaster to strip the paint and dye off the area, which measures perhaps a rectangle 15 feet by 4 feet. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes? A standard hose water supply is available of course. You would have to bring your own sandblasting gear and abrasive. The idea is to make it look as close to the original street coloration as possible.
