Seattle based parking management company (+15 locations) is in need of an on-demand handyman to assist with various repair and maintenance projects throughout the year. Scope of work: - Mounting signs (handicap, no park zone, reserved, etc.) - Repainting parking lines - Window and door repair/installation/maintenance - Minor plumbing Requirements • Construction/Jack of all trades (handyman) 5 yrs. of experience (Preferred) • Have own transportation and a valid driver license • Must be able to price/bid jobs correctly (as how much labor and materials) • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving • Must be bonded and insured
