Description

The Westminster Unitarian Church in East Greenwich, RI is looking for a part-time Sexton to provide general cleaning of Sanctuary and Parish House, set-up and take down of tables and chairs for events, general maintenance of the church buildings, and landscaping care of the ground. Must be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, manage time well, and handle multiple projects. Must have experience in cleaning, especially of various types of floors, and using associated machinery. Landscaping experience with lawn mowers and snow-blowers is required. Position starts at 7 hours/week and may be increased to 15 hours. Additional time may be offered when space is rented out.
