We are looking for a candidate who is career minded. Learn how to clean residential air ducts making $21/hr. In less than a month, once technical and customer service skills are demonstrated, be promoted to a lead position making $25/hr. Continue to establish yourself as a reliable Lead Technician and team member and make $28/hr by the end of a year. These proven reliable team members will be given the opportunity to join our apprenticeship program in either HVAC Service or HVAC Install starting at $30/hr. Journeyman in the HVAC skilled trade make as much and some more than $50/hr. REQUIREMENTS: Valid WA State Driver's License Pass Drug Screening Pass Background Screening PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES: Consistent Work History Customer Service Experience Solution Based Communication Skills Punctual Ability To Learn Quickly JOB OUTLINE: M - F Schedule 7am - 4pm (Estimated) Overtime Available Able to Lift 75 lbs.
