This free event is for our health and fitness community! Join local gyms, fitness and health food businesses as they come together to showcase what they have to offer and to kick off the new year. The event will be held outdoors in our Lakewood Ranch location parking lot. Fitness class demonstrations will be scheduled throughout the day. CryoXL will be offering free cryotherapy sessions to the first 100 attendees, as well as other recovery services. Food and beverage vendors will be set up for the entire event. Let’s kick off our 2021 health and fitness goals together as a community! Socially distanced, outdoor event. Please wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
