Groundsman for Tree work

Looking for experienced groundsmen for tree work, to help cut and move brush and wood. 30-45 hrs/wk, variable. You'll like the pay if you've done this before and are good at it, otherwise at least be strong, enthusiastic, and a good learner! Definitely want guys who are already good with a chainsaw on this kind of job site, who know when to finish a cut with an undercut so it doesn't pinch & hurt the blades, and who AVOID THE DIRT (like < 1 time/month), and can sharpen or swap out chains on their own. Keeping the stuff moving from the drop zone (and off of the ropes) is key for the whole crew so the climber can be productive. "Running the rope" or using a hand line for rigging down parts of trees is standard, if you eventually get put on that task. Ropes mastery, saw mastery, moving stuff mastery (work hard, be safe, and especially work together/smarter!)
