Description

Essential Functions: • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Maintain dirt removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • Assemble, install, or repair pipe fittings or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems. • Determine source of plumbing issues and malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated according to work orders. • Respond to emergency calls as needed. Qualifications: • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Certified plumber highly preferred • Advanced knowledge and understanding of residential plumbing systems including repair and maintenance techniques. • Appliance Repair • Valid Driver's License
