My company is looking for a "Corporate Trainer" role for our Albany branch. Your position will assist in recruiting new installers, training them and monitoring their installs. You will be provided a gas card, full benefits, competitive pay, time off and a positive work place environment. You will need to use your own vehicle though, we will provide some tools and ladders. Experience in gutters is a must, ability to work off a ladder is a must, positive attitude is a must. Your average day will be showing up to the office by 7-7:30am. Classroom training with the new crews, then field training with our gutter and filter installs. You'll mix in a few services and inspections every day and report back to the Project Manager. You'll submit your inspection reports, submit your training logs and service sign offs. That is the average day.
