Hiring for Single Family Home Maintenance Technicians! The name of our company is IFM Restoration. We have been in business for over 5 years! We are looking to fill some 1099 positions for our maintenance team in greater Phoenix! All of the homes are rental homes. Pay is weekly and is paid per job. Usually our guys average $30-$50/Hr. while working including drive time. On average our guys take home $750-$3500+/Wk. We have both part and full time work available. Work around your own schedule and pick the areas you work in. We do everything except HVAC, Septic and Pest Control so all skill sets are welcome! Skill sets we can use quickly: Drywall, Light Electrical, Light Plumbing, Flooring, HOA/Exterior, and Irrigation.
