Job Description We are seeking a hard-working and reliable construction worker to join our house flipping team. You will participate in multiple full gut and cosmetic rehabs over the course of the year. To be successful in this position, you will work well as part of a team, have general contracting experience, and be able to perform physical tasks. Worker Responsibilities: • Preparing sites, materials, and tools. • Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment. • Removing debris, garbage, and other construction materials from sites. • Assisting contractors, e.g. electricians and painters, as required. • Installing cabinets, flooring, bathroom accessories, • Installing windows and doors (interior/exterior) • Following all health and safety regulations. • Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete when required Construction Worker Job Requirements: • No formal qualification is required. • Similar work experience may be beneficial. • General knowledge of plumbing and electrical work is a plus
