Maintenance Technician will be responsible, for maintenance of the rental units and all areas related to the day-to day maintenance operations of the community. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Repairing or replacing structures such as toilets, showers, sinks, appliances, doors/ cabinets, walls, floor, tile and building exteriors Trouble shoot and repair leaks Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, trash pickup, and light landscaping Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems Assist in cleaning of available apartments to pass CO inspections. Deliver documentations to residents and other duties assigned by supervisor Salary is on the books. Must have drivers license and own set of basic tools Company vehicle $17.00- $19.00 per hour 40 hours a week Email your resume and phone number.
