If I had to guess, I would say that the patio is about 20 x 7. The patio has stain from the a/c. There is some trash to pick up and weeds that need pulled around the edges. The edge is about 8" wide along the back side. There is a grill and furniture that all needs sprayed. It should Not take more than 1 hour, 2 at the most. You will need to bring the pressure washer.
