WANTED : Small Engine Mechanic 4 Riding Lawn Mower 2+4 Stroke Handyman ******************************************************************* We apologize in advance for the length of this ad but we have a lot of projects and we need a lot of work done around our house, so if we can find the right guy, we only need one person for the job. ******************************************************************* We're posting a lot of details so you can see exactly what our needs are, so let is know if you feel like you can do some, if not most ( or all ) of the work. We're ( semi ) retired homeowners, with a couple of wooded acres and we're trying to clean up our property. We have several items that need repair and our first need is, we could use an experienced small engine mechanic for a part time job. You must be very experienced and know how to troubleshoot and repair riding lawnmowers, 4 stroke push mowers and possibly 2 stroke chain saws weedeaters and blowers etc. And if you're an auto / automotive mechanic that works on cars and trucks we need some work on a few of those too. If you're a HandyMan we also need some Landscape yard work, a new sprinkler system installed some wood floor and carpet repair work, some sheetrock repair / tape and bed work and wall painting, a new Vent A Hood installed, a door hung, some misc. carpenter work some granite / marble kitchen and bath counter tops installed and some electrical work, mainly installing some several new recessed can lights. And next Spring we'll also need a lot of Tiff Bermuda / Zoysia Grass Sod installed in our yard. We'd also like to have some auto paint and body work done on at least three vehicles and our two main vehicles ( Suburban and Car ) need to be detailed often ( Ceramic Wax and Polish etc. ) so let us know if you're an experienced detailer. As far as repairs, right now, we have five riding mowers that need work, a log splitter that needs a new engine installed, plus four vehicles that we need to get running, as well as a couple of boats and a SeaDoo jet ski. We also have a few two stroke Stihl chain saws a blower a weedeater a Honda four wheeler and three ( Evinrude Johnson and Mercury ) outboard boat motors that need to be worked on. We'd like to find a retired gentleman, or maybe someone that's unemployed, and needs the work. If you're a mechanic, you must know the small engine repair trade very well, and be very experienced at all phases of lawn equipment maintenance, including all minor and major repairs, as well as trouble shooting electrical problems etc. We realize you may not be qualified to do everything we need, so we may have to hire a couple of guys for different projects, but let us know what all you can do. We also like to hire Christian Men and Women and Veterans whenever possible, so let us know your background. Once again, we're individuals ( a semi retired couple ) and not a business, so this is NOT a full time job. However, you can work your own part time hours and only two or three days a week ( or more ) or just evenings and / or weekends etc. We'll pay you by $12.50 an hour cash ( No Taxes And No Withholding )...... paid daily.......which is about the same as a $15 an hour job ( after taxes etc ). We'll be tied up for the next few days but we'll try to answer emails on Thursday evening Oct 27. Once again, this is NOT a full time job but as you can see, we have a LOT of work that needs to be done, over the next several months. We live east of Burleson off of I-35W and East Renfro and all of the equipment is at our house. We have a ( pancake type ) air compressor a floor jack a battery charger and jack stands etc but you'll need to bring your own hand tools...........( If you have air powered tools like drills sanders and buffers etc you'll want to bring a larger compressor for those ) Please read this carefully.......
