Office: Laguna Hills, Ca $25.00-$30.00 per hour, plus overtime - Benefits: Paid Time Off, Medical - 90-day waiting period applies Full-time Water/Fire Damage and Mold Remediation Lead Technicians AND Water/Fire Damage and Mold Remediation Technicians for our Orange County territory, and neighboring counties. (TWO DIFFERENT POSITIONS) Orange County Restoration Services, Inc. is looking for honest, dependable, professional, experienced and hard-working individuals with a good attitude and worth ethics to grow with our company. Must-Have Requirements: • Minimum of two years experience as a Technician in Water/Fire Damage and Mold Remediation • Must be able to drive a company vehicle • Clean driving record • Respirator fit-tested • Heavy lifting (at least 50 lbs.) • Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation with other technicians, including nights, weekends and holidays. • All applicants must undergo a background check • Must have good cell phone reception when on-call, so phone calls and text messages can be received when emergency calls require an immediate response. Core Responsibilities: • Follow procedures to perform water and fire damage services along with mold remediation for residential and commercial property. • Ability to communicate effectively with management, co-workers, and customers. • Excellent customer service. • Turn in completed work orders for billing. • Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as needed. • Complete the timecard efficiently and in a timely manner. • Responsible for having customers complete all contracts that provide authorization to perform services. • Must be able to do all paperwork, moisture readings, job logs, photographing of loss, sketching of affected areas with measurements.'
