Candidates need to be ready for:
Work in a factory environment; Loud, dirty. Safety equipment will be provided.
It is an indoor environment, but the warehouse space can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
Physical labor and can be a fast-paced environment; There is some degree of lifting (up to 50 lbs) and movement for all positions. This is not a sitting or stationary position.
Most employees speak Spanish as a primary language. Management uses primarily uses English but will translate to Spanish when necessary. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
The job is full-time Mon-Fri with an opportunity for Overtime and Saturdays if the employee wants it (not required).
Hours are somewhat flexible, Start time can be between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM. End time can be between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM (i.e. 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Experience in Light Manufacturing, Packing, Machine Operation, or Specialty/Rework is preferred
There is no health plan offered, but we do offer paid sick days and paid vacation time.
