Emergency Service Restoration Company seeking Lead Water Damage Technicians for full time positions. We are looking for honest, responsible and reliable individuals who can handle a busy work load. Lead Tech Requirements: - Experience in Water Damage Mitigation service (At least one year) - (WRT) & (AMRT) IICRC Certifications is a plus - Good Customer Service skills - Familiar with insurance guidelines for mitigation services - Must be able to handle a work project from start to finish Company Requirements: - Must have a GREAT attitude and a professional appearance. - Good communication skills, Bi-lingual is a plus - Must have a valid driver's license & clean driving record - Must be hard working, punctual and reliable. - 40+ hours- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when required.
