Our technicians are experts in pest/ termite management as well as rodent control and bed bug heat treatment. We see to that with great and regular training, including time with leading industry experts in pest control. Our Apprentice Pest Control Technicians start at $11 to $13 per hour and based on performance will be earning $16 to $20 per hour within their first year of employment. In addition to the hourly wage Apprentice Pest Control Technicians can earn sales commissions from selling our services from provided leads and cross-sales. Anti-Pesto also provides a company service vehicle (for work use only), cell phone, uniforms, paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, Blue Cross health insurance, dental insurance, 401k plan and profit sharing. The typical work schedule is 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
