Job Summary:
Supports the team and our customers by accurately and safely picking and preparing orders of frozen goods for delivery or shipping, receiving and storing packaging deliveries, completing inventory counts and the daily collection and transportation of stock between our manufacturing and warehouse facility.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
Daily collection, transportation, storage and organization of stock between facilities.
Receives and stores shipments, completes accurate inventory counts and proactively identifies and communicates any potential shortages, issues and/or hazards.
Communicates positively with supervisors, fellow workers and delivery drivers.
Responsible for keeping warehouse facility organized, clean, neat, safe, organized and operating efficiently.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to spend extended lengths of time operating in walk in freezers.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
Follow and carry out instructions accurately and safely with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
Current driver’s license required.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
