Looking for a helper for family size ecommerce business. Job duties include pulling products accurately, packing orders efficiently, processing shipping labels via USPS/UPS/FEDEX/OnTrac, and maintaining shipping materials/supplies. • Must have superb attention to accuracy and pack items carefully. • Prior experience with eCommerce shipping software like Shipworks, or similar will be a big plus. • Must be able to perform the physical labor necessary. Most shipments are 5-13 lbs but expect to pull and process large boxes weighing up to 40 lbs (help will be available). • Connect with customers via email or over the phone as required for order processing. • Perform other duties to support inventory management and the company as assigned. Requirements: • Previous experience in packing and order processing strongly preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to prioritize and multitask. • Very deadline and detail-oriented. • Have good written and verbal communication skills. Schedule/Work Hours: This is a part time position 10am - 4pm Monday through Friday(or 4 Days). Education: • High School Diploma or GED required. Work Location: • Buena Park, CA.
