We are needing volunteers for the Steven Curtis Chapman Acoustic Christmas Event! Click the "details" button to the right for more info! Come join the fun and see Steven Curtis Chapman live, in-person for his Acoustic Christmas tour! FAQs Q: Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? A: Please email: [email protected] or give us a call at the office: 615-419-8088   Q: Who is the Non-Profit needing volunteer? A: Food For the Hungry. Please take the time to check out their mission: https://www.fh.org/our-work/   Q: Will we get a free ticket into the event  A: When you sign up to volunteer you will not recieve a ticket (seat) into the event. We do try our best to let volunteers see the event, but we cannot promise a seat. You may end up standing in the back. Please plan on working the begining, intermission, and end of the concert.    Q: How important is it that I arrive at training time? A: Very important! We will be checking in volunteers at 6PM for mandatory training. Please allow time for parking and getting to the entrance. This gives volunteers a chance to train before general doors open at 6:30PM.   Q: How late will I need to stay? A: We will need you for at least 30 minutes after the event finishes, which should be around 9:30PM. Please be prepared to stay and be available as guests leave.   Q: How will I know where to go? Or who is my contact?  A: Once you sign up, we will be sending you a couple confirmation emails with all the information you need. And if you ever have any questions you can always contact us at: [email protected]          Q: Is this event still happening?    A: Yes, these event will happen in person. We have been in touch with our clients and each venue will be taking precautionary steps and are being intentional about social distancing and providing clean and safe environments for these Acoustic Christmas Events. For the safety of everyone attending, volunteers are required to wear a mask for the duration of the event. We encourage you to provide your own, but spares will be on hand just in case you need one. We wil also be providing gloves and hand sanitizer. Q: Will this event be socially distanced? A: Yes, see the following precautionary steps the venues will be taking with those attending: - Temperature checks will be required for entry. - Face coverings are required to enter the building for your protection and the protection of those around you and must be work for the entire duration of the event. - You will be asked to maintain the recommended 6-foot physical distance whenever possible. - For the safety of one another, refrain from hugging, high fiving, handshakes, or other physical contact.
